On a quarterly basis, all accounts will undergo a thorough review. If an account shows no activity, it may be deactivated. In the event of a name change, a new wholesale account will need to be created. It is important to note that products can only be sold at the registered property location.
Verdigris maintains the authority to restrict or terminate the sale of our products to individuals or organizations whose sales and distribution strategies do not align with ours.
In order to proceed with your wholesale purchase, it is necessary to make full payment in U.S. dollars before the items are shipped. Our network system currently do not provide any payment terms. For 3rd party aggregators, we provide net payment terms on a trial basis.
If you choose to repackage our products with your own labels, it is your responsibility to adhere to the correct standards for packaging, labeling, and sanitary conditions.
To modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly to determine if your order has begun the fulfillment process. If it hasn’t, we will gladly assist you in making any necessary changes within a 48-hour timeframe prior to date ordered.
As a company, we prioritize the satisfaction of our retailers and aim to foster strong relationships with them. Due food safety regulations we are not allowed to receive shipped products back into our facility. If the product was received damage, kindly provide pictures prior to opening the package. We will gladly reimburse the full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. However, please note that a 15% product write-off fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
